California Privacy Policy

• Identifiers: name, business name, postal address, email address, phone number, IP address, account credentials, NMLS ID.
• Customer records: billing and payment information, transaction history.
• Commercial information: products and services purchased, subscription and support history, refund requests.
• Internet or network activity: browsing and search history on our site, interaction with our ads, pages viewed, and session data.
• Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP address.
• Audio and electronic information: call recordings, SMS and email content, and Zoom session recordings where permitted.
• Professional or employment information: brokerage or lender affiliation, licensing footprint, production volume.
• Inferences: profiles reflecting preferences, buying intent, and predicted fit for our services.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics, and we do not collect personal information from consumers we know to be under 16.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically from your device, from advertising and analytics platforms, from our CRM and telephony vendors, from payment processors, and from public records. We use it to provide and support the Services, build and optimize campaigns, process payments, provide customer service, secure our systems, market our offerings, and comply with law — as described in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy.

In the preceding 12 months we disclosed each category above to service providers and contractors for business purposes. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA with respect to identifiers, internet activity, and inferences. You may opt out at any time as described below. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.

• Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed.
• Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We will verify your identity using information already in our records before fulfilling a request, and we will respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission and proof of identity.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
