• Information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, NMLS ID, brokerage or lender affiliation, state licensing footprint, loan volume, average loan size, website and social handles, payment and billing information, and anything you submit in forms, applications, surveys, or support requests.
• Loan Seeker data you upload or generate: contact records, conversation history, appointment history, pipeline stage, and notes you or your Authorized Users store in the CRM. This data is your Customer Data; we process it on your behalf to deliver the Services.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and other usage data collected through cookies, pixels, session recording, and similar technologies.
• Communications: call recordings, SMS and email content, and Zoom session content when you communicate with us or use our provided communication tools, where permitted by law.
• Third-party sources: advertising platforms (Meta, Google), our CRM and telephony vendors, payment processors, analytics providers, and publicly available business or licensing records.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We are not a consumer reporting agency, and we do not pull credit reports or make credit decisions.

• To provide, build out, operate, maintain, and support the Services and your CRM instance;
• To build, run, and optimize advertising campaigns, automations, and scripts on your behalf;
• To process payments, invoice you, and enforce our Terms of Service, including refund review;
• To communicate with you about onboarding, support, product updates, training, events, and offers;
• To create Aggregated Statistics and anonymized benchmarks that never identify you or your clients;
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of law or our terms; and
• To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with: service providers and subprocessors that operate our CRM, telephony, email, hosting, analytics, scheduling, and payment infrastructure; advertising platforms for campaign delivery and measurement; professional advisors; and any party to whom disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others. In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use cookies, web beacons, and advertising pixels (including the Meta Pixel and Google tags) to remember preferences, measure site performance, and deliver retargeted advertising. Sharing information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “share” under certain state privacy laws. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through the platform tools offered by Meta and Google. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Conversion Spark, including messages sent using automated technology, about your account, onboarding, support, and our services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

When you use the Services to contact Loan Seekers, you are the sender and caller for those communications and are solely responsible for TCPA, Do-Not-Call, and state consent compliance.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, support refund reviews, and enforce our agreements. Customer Data stored in your CRM is retained per your CRM subscription; you are responsible for exporting your data prior to cancellation.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and vendor diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the security practices of your own team.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing team@conversionspark.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. California residents should review our California Privacy Policy.

Our website and Services may link to third-party sites and products. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
